Overview

AgreementKit (agreement-kit.com) respects your privacy. We built our product so you can create lease agreements and bills of sale without creating an account. This policy explains what data we collect and why.

Data you enter

Agreement content (party names, addresses, terms, sale details, etc.) is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. We do not upload your agreement content to our servers unless you explicitly contact us for support.

Payments

When you purchase a PDF download, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation that payment was successful and basic transaction metadata (amount, date, document type). We never see or store your full card number.

Analytics

With your consent (where required by law), we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — for example which pages are visited and when users start checkout. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies

Essential: We use browser storage and short-lived cookies to verify payments after Stripe checkout and to remember your agreement draft locally.

Analytics (optional): In the EU, UK, and Switzerland, we ask for your permission before loading analytics cookies. Elsewhere, analytics may load without a banner where local law allows. No advertising cookies are used.

Your rights

You can clear your locally stored agreement data at any time by clearing your browser data for agreement-kit.com. For payment-related requests, contact [email protected].
